Online Bloodborne Pathogens Training

You have reached the University of Maryland's Online Bloodborne Pathogens Training Course provided by the Department of Environmental Safety in association with Yale University. The course can be completed in approximately 30 minutes and may be taken at one time or may be stopped and restarted at your convenience. It should be noted that the course is restricted to University of Maryland laboratory personnel who have occupational exposure to human blood, unfixed tissue, or primary human cell lines. This restriction is due to the limited number of licenses available to the Department of Environmental Safety. DES also offers classroom training for all non-laboratory employees who have occupational exposure to human blood or other potentially infectious materials.
